1. Do you have a storefront?

Yes, we do! We are located at 407 N Broadway St Ashford, AL 36312. Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 11AM-6PM, and Saturdays from 9AM-1PM. Come shop with us! 🎀

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Normal turn-around time is 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. From time-to-time I will offer preorders, or items that require production within another small business. Sometimes these items can have a longer TAT, but I will always be upfront and honest about that before I ever request or accept payment of any form.

3.Where do your products come from?

I always love my answer to this question. Each hairbow that I sell comes directly from my heart and my hands. I hand design and make each hairbow and customize each t-shirt, cup, coozie, hat, bag, etc. myself. I guess I could be called a "one-woman show". Any other product that I offer ships from within the United States. 

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and most often never exceeds $6-$7. 

4. What if I want an item that can't be found on your website?

NO PROBLEM. Just fill out the "custom" product found at the top of each collection. I don't charge extra for customs, as this is primarily what I have centered Build a Bow around; hence the name!

5. What if I need to return an item?

Since I do operate primarily on custom orders, and each order is made specifically for the customer, I do not currently have a return policy. However, if you have an issue with an item, please reach out to me @ Kimberly@buildabowboutique.com and I will ALWAYS do my very best to resolve the problem and make it right.
